She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home inspections and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Marie would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Marie also led us through negotiation to get to a price we needed to be successful in purchasing the house. In the end, we found the property that was perfect for us and we are loving it. I would definitely recommend Marie as a realtor to my family & friends, and if we have the opportunity again, she would be the first person my wife and I call. Thanks for everything Marie! I got my very first home at a lower than asking price, with updates the whole step of escrow. I have to say she came highly recommended and she did not disappoint.
